B-17 Accusim Released!!!

Count me in. I was sweating 'trying' to fly in formation with you on the D-Day P-51 flight. I've got my nose art picked already (sounds wrong).

IS this just the old one with Accusim or is it completely updated?
 
Pretty much everything is updated. The textures are much improved. It is like a completely new aircraft for 30 bucks.

That's what I was wanting to hear. I don't have a problem with old models being used as long as things like textures are updated.
 
Tig, the exterior is updated, the texturing is updated, as well as the VC, systems, and anything else you could ask for. It is basically a new plane. It's download size shows that (333 mb)

Just a question. Is the $29.99 for the B17 & Accusim combined or do you have to buy the B17 separate?

Just watched all five Accusim videos & I don't think that anyone could fail to be impressed with this aircraft.

This is simulation of the highest quality & I send my congratulations to all those involved in the development & testing of the Accusim B-17.

Thanks. Still a good deal. I'll have to wait for pay day. Damn I'm broke this month. Hopefully VR Simulations would surprise us and release the SuperBug this weekend too!

Same here. I'm doing my world hoplist with it right now. I'm over FTX Tasmania and it can only be described as FSX heaven. This is far nicer than I ever hoped it would be.

There's just something peaceful about the B-17. Maybe it is the shape or the low hum of the engines. Whatever it is, it doesn't get much better!

I just picked it up. Don't think I will have a chance to fly it before next week. I will at least get it installed and run the engines up once before going to the in-laws this weekend.. Can't wait to take this bird on a nice long haul flight though.

Edit: You won't be disappointed with the J-3 blaze, just takes forever to fly anywhere, lol. Always refill your oil when you land for gas (if you used all 12 gallons). I learned that the hard way, lol. Is a fun little acrobatic aircraft though.
