Anyone know of the best Boeing 727 out there, Freeware or Payware, doesn't matter.

Payware will undoubtedly be best, I know of two, but don't have either, so can't comment, maybe someone else can?

For payware the Flight1/Dreamfleet B727 is the best.

The freeware Eric Cantu / Vistaliners are also great. Couple these with the panel by Richard Probst.

I have these and absolutely love them
