Has anyone tried a cold start?
It keeps failing to start for me, but it worked perfectly in 2020
It says the latest update is compatible with 2024

There's an explanation and solution on the official forum:

OK, so the reason behind cold and dark start failure is that it puts an invisible engine cover over the air intake of the plane and the plane can’t start without air. Toggling all off in dev mode results in a plane that works from cold and dark.
