C119fix.zip does anyone have this?

this is a patch to Yamamoto's C119 for FS2004 which I think fixes a texture problem on the booms (it is mirrored so one side is backward). I am close to releasing a new scenery with Ken Lawson for Naples (LIRN) covering the Mid to late 50s. We are looking to provide United Nations Italian air force C119 of that period and Yamamoto version has Metal repaints for italy, but the mirror problem is an issue. If you have this fix, can you attach it or give me a specific link to it. I have searched all over and cannot come up with it.
