Can you animate, mate?

Thank you to all who responded to my question about EZ Scenery. I think I will buy the package. On simviation there are some FS2004 sceneries with animations. How can they animate movement of vehicles, people dogs, and birds?

Any help is appreciated!

I can't answer your question but I have a Carriers package that has aircraft that are animated scenery. They aren't AI although they look like it. Normally if you hit AI traffic with damage on the AI will take you out every time. In the Carriers Package the planes will pass right threw you without causing a problem unless you are right by them when they park. Then they lock you inplace until you they move again. Its pretty nice.

HMNZS WAIKATO V1.0 for FS9 search at AVSIM I think I got it there.
