cant dl oldliner's mew gull

well, wot with the thrill of the Macrobertson race, I wanted to jump in Michel's Mew Gull listed here at SOH and test her out myself, but ,using mozilla 3, I cannot get the DL to happen.

Is it me or is the file really unavailable?
