Just tried to get into Captain Sim. What a joke. So I sent them an email under their website issues.
"I find it impossible to get into your website, your store and just about everything else. Your security code maybe a wonderful thing, but when it asks for my order number (when I have been unable to even get into the store to purchase anything) it is laughable. I have purchased, in the past, most of the C-130 family of aircraft and now I cannot even get to the repaints. My former password (if you care) was XXXXX. Whoever designed your login is NUTS. I guess if I have to reinstall my C-130 expansion packs I will have to purchase them again from you. NOT."
I don't mind purchasing a product and I am very much against piracy, but to have your website tighter than a fish's butt so no one can access it makes no sense.
