Captain Sim addons? Will get them all tomrrow!

I bought the C-130 All in One pack, I couldn't pass it up for the money. If I have sound issues, can I just copy my CS C-130 FS9 sounds over and use those? I haven't tried it yet, just going by what I've read in this thread.

Pleased with both the C-130 and 727-100 - both bought in previous sales. I don't fly either a lot though because while I normally like to only do manual startups I have very little time to fly and manual starts on both can be lengthy and not without glitches, i.e. no engine start and then to try again having to reload the a/c or more often FSX and then someone's :female: calling me to go and "do something useful instead of that childish game for geeks" so no flying happens with these birds. :icon_lol:

Just bought the Herc and the 727-100. £8.24 each, bargain:jump:.

Delighted with the Herc, going to have a go in the 727 now.

wish i had seen this sooner. i would have gotten the c-130. i just went to the site and it came up as $61 canadian. too rich for my blood

I got the Herc pack and 767 on sale. Captainsims models are good but lack of support is frustrating. On the herc none of the electric panels seem to be clickable so no avionics power (or anything for that matter). No manuals, what the hell... sound is really suspect - no biggie Ill grab the soundset from the fs9 one. 767 - cant get the avionics up, again no manual. ah well, guess ill go waste some time searchiung the captainsim site for stuff that should be in the download...

A quick fix

As payware, I only have Wilco's E-Jets which are good modelwise (~130 draw calls), but whose gauges eat away a few FPS.

For freeware, Piglet's stuff is anywhere from 60 to 100 draw calls.

I have had Issues with Poor Frame rates in the Past, I have Found that If you Go into the Panel cfg. Scroll down to the VC, Change the Pixel size from 1024,1024 to 512,512, It seems to help me out Most often!!!! Lots of luck

Interesting, I'll keep that in mind.

Manuals are on the website. Herc has three of them. Go to "Support" and check in with your order number. I know, it's weird they aren't installed automatically.
