Strange... I got my email nearly instantly as well, which would indicate that it's an automated system. Guys, when you made your payment you should also have been given the serial number and download info on the confirmation page of the site. The email is just a backup for this. Did you notice that?

Hi Spotlope

Yes - but I had a prob actually with the download ending at just 70%.

Must say that this is the first time I have ever had a prob with Carenado and that they have been very helpful sorting it for me - service as good as their products!!! :salute:

All most 8 hours now and nothing yet from them. Looking back in my saved emails I see I had this problem with the orig. 185 but after emailing there surpport they got back to me with the number pretty quick.

Carenado, my hat is off to you and yours for making this one. Fantastic piece of modeling workmanship!!! Very realistic. And the sounds you've incorporated, simply amazing. Although I've only flown the amphibian so far, I can say I'm VERY happy with my purchase.

My bush flights are just about to begin!!!

Thank You

Question: Concerning the landing lights. Are both lights on the front of the engine cowl suppose to come on? I only have one. And, haven't read the manual just yet.

ok just got the serial number fron there support so all is right with the world, for now anyway:jump:

I got it and love it. I had one issue, though. It seems that the ski plane thinks the gear is retracted when the skis are down. I tried several approaches on a snowy slope, and I could only land with the skis retracted. With the skis down, the landing gear just sank into the slope until I crashed. It could be just me, though. Is anyone else having this issue?

I've yet to test the ski version. I guess I better.

I did noticed that the attitude indicator and a couple other gauges don't have back lighting. Aren't they all suppose to be lit up at night? I'll have to post a screen shot.

I cannot dl this package, tried it five! times, but every dl is broken.
Also with a dl-manager no luck.
Has anyone else this problem?
I have all Carenado aircrafts for FSX,but never before such an problem dl an aircraft.
Support doesn`t answer.

Oleboy, I don't have it yet, but I'll bet one light is the landing light, the other is the taxi light - essentially the same thing but one is aimed lower than the other.

Actually, nevermind on the ski issue. I think it's a funny terrain issue, not an issue with the plane. When I tested the ski plane out in a different area, it worked fine. That one terrain area would let the wheels land, but would crash on the skis every time. Weird. Anyway, I'm happy to report that it wasn't an issue on Carenado's end. I'm loving this plane.

Oleboy,
My gauge lights are the same on both the fixed gear and my "bush" version with a couple of the instruments not lit up. Also, the exterior lights do not work properly in DX10. But she still is an awesome little plane.

Well, to me the gauge lights should be fully lit. What's the point in half? I don't want burnt out bulbs in my panel. I want to see the gauges.

Can anyone tell me if there are support forums..or do I have to email them all the time?
