Not that I use one ... but mine sorta makes this noise ...
What exactly is a "cell phone"? Prison communication device? Never been to prison.
All mobile phone ringtones are a pain in the a...!
But more so, the people that answer them whilst sitting next to you on a train, giving away half of their private life! Who cares?
I guess it makes them feel "better"!

So, can I safely assume that you do not have ringtones to post Stuart?

My ring tone origins from long before they even thought about inventing a cell phone....
Not really! Mine goes "Ring Ring", like one of the old fashioned desk phones.
I don't mind the original songs mentioned, but converted into ringtones, they are just a distorted mess! I tend to start playing "Guess the tune?".
Even worse when they are monophonic! Since the invention of MP3, it's not quite as bad... I always get one out of ten!
I agree with you on that one! Most of the phones nowadays, even the basic ones, can play MP3s, so there's no reason to have the monophonic ones!
LOL!
And I like the regular "ring ring" as well. When I get tired of the songs, I switch it to the regular "ring ring".
