CFS3 RS China Standalone Theater Uploaded

Never had this problem before. The link will not allow me to download the zip file. Says the link timed out. Ran diagnostics and says the is a error with the site. Downloaded RS Pearl Harbor with no problems. This one will not download. Sorry guys, could find no fix. Any help ?
