Check for updates?

Probably a stupid question, but how do you check for updates in MSFS, or does it do it in the background if the computer is on?

Not a stupid question at all. When an update is available, it will download automatically when you launch the game.

Thanks IanHenry, that makes sense, I kept reading about SU 1 but each time I launch the game it launches relatively quickly as if there is no update!

SU1 is still beta so not automatically updated. You need to join the Beta group if you wish to try it: https://forums.flightsimulator.com/t/sim-update-1-beta-1-3-7-0-release-notes-january-23-2025/700065
