I think it got covered by MAIW at one point, but it may be one of their older packages (Jaguars, if I recall correctly) - you might need to dig around on Avsim to find it.

Look for filename raf_jaguars.zip at FlightSim.com - nice EGYC scenery with AI jags and flightplans by Chris A. Brown and Menno van den Boogaard.
