I am confused trying to follow various recommendations about using DX10 Scenery Fixer proffered here and on Avsim.
I am running FSX:SE on the "final" 10240 release of Windows 10. I have installed Steve's Fixer and it is working very well as far as I can determine.
In the How-To guide here, it is suggested to install an older version of the Catalyst Control Centre (CCC). But that would mean installing older drivers.
