BTW what do others think of Zandvoort? I know I love it but I might be biased.
 
Yep it's a great track, twisty and demanding.

Mind you I love Brands Hatch it's only 40 minutes drive from me. Was there last Sunday for the Festival Italia, Alfas, Ferrari, Lambourn a lovely line up.
 
That is a nasty crash indeed!

BTW How did you get your AC graphics so sharp? I try to improve mine, but I still keep having terrible AA.

I am running it 1.50 DSR factor and 33% smoothness and everything else maxed. Helps that I recently purchased a GTX980, but of course a month later the 10** series cards came out!! :banghead:

The only really bottleneck now is the i7 K2600, but the machine is coming up for 5 years old.

I also use the Natural Weather Mod, Good and Bad Weather mod and the Content Manager App.

Where can I find those settings? Can't find those in the standard settings menu.

Ferry,

The DSR function is found in the Nvidia Control Panel under "Manage 3d Settings Global Settings". Once you have activated this go in to AC and you can choose your screen resolution.
 
Thanks for the tips Noddy, it looks much better now. Of course the engine is still limited in its rendering capabilities (Shadows still look awful) but the overall image is quite a bit better.

The Moby Dick Porsche what a machine. Hopefully we will get a pukka AC model. But I may have to get this one, how does it handle?
 
The handling is not bad, but slightly too easy I feel. I only did a handful of laps on the Red Bull ring though, but I feel the car maybe has a bit too much grip from the tires.

BTW Coming weekend at Zandvoort Porsche will do a demo with at least a 956, 935/78 (Moby Dick), 927 and a 917/30 Can Am racer.
