creek and stream colors

Is there a way to change the default stream and creek colors, mine are BRIGHT blue and stick out like a sore thumb.

Or Inland water and river textures by Adnan Arif,
Aawater2.zip, or Tim Wright's Inland Water textures.

Thanks mouse. I still cant get the right textures for the creeks and streams, it appears that the offending file is riversu.bmp. I have looked at a couple so far they are either neon blue or neon green. More research is in order.
