I'm sure I've asked this question before but does anybody know what I have to do to get the Virtual Cockpit to show up on Dave Maltby's comet I know it exists But I've never been able to get it to show

Anybody any clues?

Its been a while scince i installed any of mr Maltbys creations, but didnt he split his aircraft into parts, download all the parts and install in order, just a thought.

note to self, must install his VC10 sometime :mixedsmi:
cheers ian

If the external model shows up you have the model as is.
Then the question is down to the panel.cfg having a VC section or two to draw it and display the gauges.
So I would suggest looking in that .cfg and see if there is a VC section towards the bottom or not. If not chances are that particular model does not have a VC.

Cheers
Stefan

Hooky, if you've installed as per DM's instructions you should have the VC showing. Are you using a fresh download or an archived copy? If the latter you may just have an older version without VC.

Ian, frankly I'm shocked that you don't have the VC10 installed already!! :-O ;-)

If memory serves me right you have to put part of the download into the ..\fs9\textures folder or the VC won't be textures.

There was an earlier version that didn't have a VC. Make sure you're using the newest one.
