Does anyone have the J35J Draken freeware/payware made by bookmark simulations?

I stumbled across this absolutely wonderful freeware by bookmark simulations a week ago and was sad to find out that bookmark simulations has shut down. I tried looking everywhere online for a copy of the Draken 4.1.2 freeware (not 4.0) but it seems it's scrubbed from the internet. I read the EULA on bookmark's website, and it said both freeware and payware versions of the draken are free to redistribute, so I think it's okay for them to be reuploaded. If anyone could upload/send it that would be really awesome!

He said that the files can be redistributed. So, to avoid any issues, I propose that you share it amongst yourselves.

I haven't had any luck locating a good contact for Thomas Nillson as of yet. I did find several websites that hosted the Draken 4.2.1, but in an attempt to download... the message comes back with "FILE UNAVAILABLE".
I did however find the original Draken version 3.1 available here:

I'll keep looking for 4.2.1 but it took nearly one whole morning to locate the above website that still had 3.1.
It's in the SOH library as well.

For those who are new to Thomas' Draken... it's very immersive and requires a bit getting used to. Have fun.
 
unfortunately, that one is 3.1 i think based on the file size. Simvation has 4.0 which has non functional mirrors, no joystick model, and a rougher, untextured top part of the canopy

You told me that you had other versions, if so, please upload them with the text of the EULA in the zip file.
 
The only 2 versions I have (and the only 2 versions available online to my knowledge) are 3.1 and 4.0. I got 3.1 from https://www.allflightmods.com/microsoft-flight-simulator-x/fsx-saab-35-draken-package/, and 4.0 from https://simviation.com/1/download-file?file=J35-Draken.zip&fileId=46085 .

All my knowledge of the 4.1.2 version come from around 4 youtube videos that feature it, and it seems that the payware 5.0 version of the draken is completely lost to time with 0 youtube videos on it.

The EULAs say they are freeware but not public domain. The new 2026 version of the EULA states "This EULA was updated on 24 April 2026. The following changes apply to all versions of Draken that were covered by earlier versions of the EULA." which I assume also applies to 4.0 and 3.1. Here is a snippet from the 4.0 EULA, which is almost exactly the same as the 3.1 EULA.

"You may not distribute DRAKEN or make it available for download without the written permission of BOOKMARK. You may not include DRAKEN, or any individual files taken from it, in another archive or compilation without the written permission of BOOKMARK. When creating and distributing additional textures (“repaints”) you may include the original textures from DRAKEN provided that the creator of the original work is credited. You may not use DRAKEN for commercial purposes, including but not limited to charging a fee for its use, without the written permission of BOOKMARK."
