While looking at details of Blue Angels 7 I found there's also a '4' which is a different paint in its own right - clearly not done in the same shop....so I 'should' do that one too...

Completely redid the bitmaps, alphas, specs and spec alphas....and got everything looking suitably 'metal'.
Part of the issue I found was alignment when changing images....really shows up with a bright 'spec'.
Anyway....one or 2 tweaks, maybe, and I can get around to uploading it....by far the slowest/hardest...

As much as possible I try to find AC serials etc... get a bit of history re the planes...

Not one much for wrestling with VC textures...only done a few over the years....though I do have a 2D panel for the Albatros.... needs to be more 'matched' to Bjoern's rendition of the model ...and I need to work out the animation for a side-hinged canopy [can't get my head around it...no pun] ...

Meanwhile.... here's what that other Blue Angels looks like...but still a little on the wings to do...

I keep finding things different with Blue Angels 4 ...much more to revise...particularly the 'usnavy' on the wings...it's in a taper...grr...

Edit.... finally got it closer to the real animal. Now I need to revisit 7 to be sure it's all as different as I made it...
