Hi
Thanks again for a terrific airplane, however I do have one slight problem, try as I might I can't get the mixture and prop controls to move as one on a middle mouse click as described in the manual. The throttle controls move with no problems I have a Logitech mouse with the middle button assigned to auto-scroll, but have tried other settings on the mouse all to no avail. I use a Siatek X52 pro and have the mixture assigned to the slider and prop assigned to one of the wheels on the throttle part of the X52. So am I doing something wrong, or am I missing something here.
Cheers
Rich
Rich..
You can use the monitor panel (shift+4). Click on RPM in the engine window (it will probably be at 100).. place your cursor over the 100 and scroll the number down using the mouse wheel. Both rpms will move as one. The same applies to the mixture controls.

Thanks for that Dave, still trying to convince SWMBO that I really need a proper throttle quadrant.

Hello YoYo,
You have me very intrigued....!? I can not find this aircraft on my RAAF history register!?!
I can not find 44-76323 (44-76... started at 44-76336 through to 44-76971). Also VM-YBM does not come up? I am very interested in the "KN340" number too?
Could you please PM your findings on this bird please? I have a couple of people (me included) to know more of her.
Regards,
Tim.
p.s Love the paint!

Hey guys
Being stuck in a recovery room at a french hospital, I cant download much.
Is there by any chance a way of getting the manual for this baby, on its own?
At least I'd have something interesting to read.
I'm bored out of my box in here;-/
OK....after a little digging. This aircraft was not part of the RAAF at all.
It was part of 243 Squadron RAF that was assigned to Canada and then moved to Camden, New South Wales. Australia. It appears that there should be a yellow ring around the fuselage roundel. This would have been to distinguish an RAF operated aircraft in the Pacific campaign/Australia. The RAF -while serving in the Pacific campaign- also removed the red dot from their markings as to not be identified as Japanese...saving them from trigger happy friendlies!
This might shed some light too.

It appears that the decal sheet for that 1/48 scale model is a little misleading unfortunately....

Tim.
