There seems to be an up tick in Political commentary in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site we know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religiours commentary out of the fourms.
If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

My heart jumped when I saw the Grumman F7F Tigercat Water Bomber on FlightSim.Com....
Until I noticed it was a X-Plane 9.70+ Grumman F7F Tigercat Water Bomber....

Anneke, we are working on a solution now; hopefully it will get this resolved. It's the last holdup to release.

Good news friends.
The animation issues with the tank drop doors has been solved and the F7F3 Tanker is ready to fly. I've got one or two small adjustments to make following the last tweaks, but the airplane will finally be 100% and ready to hand off to everyone who have waited so patiently for this work to be finished.
Thanks to Milton Shupe and Roman Stoviak for taking point on resolving the animation glitch, without whom I would not have been able to fix the problem.
Two thumbs up gentlemen.

The FSX, FSX ST and P3D versions up to and including 2.5 have all of the animation bugs worked out for the drop doors. P3Dv3.1 has some issues, basically dumping the entire load, rather than four separate drops.
I'm doing some final tweaks on the working versions. Watch for a release in the next day or two.

Working on that little animation problem with drop door #four. Now that the "Boss" is out of my hair I'm full time on the tanker. Almost there.
That belly is about to touch the tarmac... Looking forward to the last model and fine work put into this project

Bump, with anticipation.
We've got the FSX and P3D, up to 2.5 airplanes working correctly. The gentleman who is working out the code for the 3.0 and 3.1 versions is dealing with a glitch that drops the entire load, rather than four separate loads.
I'd prefer to release a version that works in all of the simulators, but it may be a case of LM needing to tweak something on their end. If that is the case, I'll release the version that does work up to 2.5 and subsequently release the 3.0 & 3.1 version as a separate airplane.
Hope that helps. I can't believe that one door could gobble up so many man hours.
