• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

Hi all,

2 questions for those that own the FFS Vans RV7:

1.) Anyone have a replacement panel cfg with working gauges? Knowing I can't use the gauges that come by default (internet activation required and FFS is now history)

2.) Does anyone have a paintkit?

I was about to reinstall it since I have to reinstall FS 2004. Any workaround the activation problem would be greatly appreciated.

If you are reinstalling why would you have a problem with it?
 
The plane will load fine in the sim, the gauges won't...hence reactivation. Thanks FFS for not giving this plane out for free when you went up in smoke:banghead:

or at least transfer the activation and support to an external company or re-release through simmarket or fspilotshop to earn money with it
 
Either would have been better than simply leaving a product that needs online activation useless because you go out of business. Look at what Cloud9 did.
