• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

File Library Teams

I'm finishing the Helos for FS2004 tonight.

If not done already, I can help with the Maskrider stuff if not done already by the time you see this. I can move the smaller stuff since I would rather be able to finish what I'm doing in one sitting.

I can go down the list for the smaller stuff in the legacy section if you would like, but it'll have to wait until tomorrow since it'll take me the night today to move the military helos for FS2004.

I'm on the conversation if you need anything or you can directly message me. Just give me a little time since I'm not on here all the time (work, family, etc.) and I'm "old school" when it comes to signing in and out (don't have the computer "remember" passwords), so I won't see anything in the conversation until I sign in again next time.

If good with you, I'll ask for legacy CFS2 stuff on the conversation later tonight or early tomorrow morning before going to work.

I made a mistake,in CFS2 / panels, I uploaded the

Ki-46III panel.zip​

space of the

Ki-46II panel.zip​

only the zip archive is concerned, but I don't see how to change it with "edit"

I don't see away to change zip files with edit even if you are the owner. I would just delete it. The "..." on the top right will open the More Options than delete from there and reupload

Also Note of my own.
FDG2_F4U1C_D_Install and FDGv2 Vought F4U-1C Corsair.zip are the same files. Just going to skip one.

Allen, didn't found the option "delete" on "...", may be I'm not allowed to, but I changed all texts and pictures to correspond to KI-46III panel, I didn't still uploaded it, I'll upload the KI-46II panel a bit later, so only the order between both will have changed.

You need to be the owner of the file. So change it back into your name than you can delete it.

I put both KI-46 panels into your name. You should be able to delete the wrong one and change the owner of the right one.

Regarding duplications ---

In addition to what Allen is finding, the legacy files for Akemi, Maskrider, Stuart Green, Keticheart and Talon will have many duplicate files in the individual subject sections. When we spot them we've decided to delete those individual downloads in favor of leaving the ones in the legacy files.

I can do a lot of this by editing the files in the legacy sections and unchecking the duplicated locations and then saving only the legacy file. That should get a majority of them.
 
Hi Allen, Martin, Stuart & Wolfgang,

I'm not sure if you have permission, but there is the option of overwriting the zip file you've just uploaded. As Allen says above, you have to change the ownership of the file back to yourself. You then click the "Post an update" button.

Kurt and I are hoping some of you get permission to delete files from the old library as you go.

We can't "Post an update" for Awaiting approval files. The "Post an update" button only happens if you are the Owner AND be has to be approved to be seen by the public.
