Flight Simulator made me go Wow

The Wow thread appears to have vanished...

Here's something that might have qualified:
Milton's seminal Dash7 looks pretty comfortable at home base Innsbruck in Tyrolean colours.

I came across Dee Waldron's AI model and thought why not have one there whenever I go through (which is quite often).
So I ripped the textures off Milton's model and plastered them onto the AI.
Then fired up Destination Finder with a 100nm query which gave me plenty of choice, and strung up a daily departure to each of half a dozen local destinations.
A quick tweak of the AFCAD so the thing parks next to the Tyrolean sign, and we're away.

All done and dusted within the hour, and when I flew it in the sim, I sat back and said: WOW Flight Simulator is great.

I'm currently flying it between NIUE and NCAI in FSX. Have not bothered to address the props issue yet, but what a great bird.

Milton's Dash 7 is one of the few kerosine burners that I like.

I used to ride Rio's between Dallas and Texarkana back in the 80s. Never have found a Rio paint for it though.
