He thinks everything is like his F-16 demo bird. Took my stomach a week to get over one of those 'joyrides'!
Edit: Don't even let him onto the flightdeck...he'll throw a tantrum then press switches and buttons till he gets his way.
By that time, you and I will be statistics and the only recognisable bit of that Concorde will be the contents held safely within a tiny little black box!...
...and even that aint black!

Good to see such a classic available again! It may not be a "new" release, but I think this one needs to be stuck for at least a few days!

Geezz... you blokes are bloody nuts, I say. You'd never get him to stop singing, then you'd have to put up with him for the duration of the entire flight. And when you landed, you'd literally have to "pour" him out of the seat and off the plane.
I'd really like to see a "Quantas" livery on that Conc.... I'm not a big fan of tubes but I'd fly that one.

In any case he'd be long gone before you can lay hands on the little bugger (courtesy of Messrs Martin-Baker).

He'll promptly press the 'wrong' instead of his 'wright' button (he can't tell the difference) when applying the company logo, give you a rather dark blue shade of red, and presto;
No bloody sign of a winged wallaby let alone a white 'roo ('boomer' in Australian).
You get a wierd looking droop nose constantly requesting hanger space at LGAV and for the literate; bally great blue lettering on the fuz sides declaring 'Olympic Air' or at a push 'Aegean Air' (there's a merger in the winds I believe).
And when you finally try to PM him for an explanation, know what he'll answer?

I like me Sea Fury, mate... ranks right up there with the venerable F-4U "Hog" (Corsair). Sydney Camm got it right though... after alot of lessons the Brits had flying "Hogs"... and landing them on their aircraft carriers.
And as far as "pouring" Matt out of the seat, well that would be directly proportinal to the amount of ouzo you gave him before you strapped him in. Poor little fella... prolly would have sang himself to sleep after all of that.
Back to the Concorde... Yes, Olympic would be a good one too. But the Quantas bird would be the "bees knees". Thanks Matt!!:salute:

why am i tempted to put 'Gaol-break' on the nose of the Qantas conc?....
panel lines are all on now, working on the other bits now, should see the first WIP areound 22-2300GMT (before the snow sets in, possible 10cm predicted here overnight)
as for ouzo.... as long as it's nice and cool no worries, RIAT saw me have half a litre of Vodka in one night.... so using that as a benchmark... yeah about half a litre should do for starters, depends if i've eaten heartily, say a starter of Dolmathes, main course of either Tzoutzoukakia or Lamb Kleftiko and a desert of Baklava should do... what it is concorde, first class all the way, and don't forget some nice female flight attendants (damn this not being able to call them stewardesses lark!) for company... and just for Nigel i'm gonna put some red borders right above the flight deck and above my favourite seat on the bird...

I installed this bird, but for the life of me, I cannot find the FS9.CFG (particular config file) to put the "[OLDMODULES]
FSSound.dll=1". Within the main FS9 folder there is a "Config" folder. Inside that folder there are 2 individual files labeled as "config", one is a text document and the other is a Java Script file. Those are the only "configs" I can find within the sim. Tried to put the above in the text document labeled config, within the "config" folder in the FS9 Root Directory, but the incompatability error still pops up. Drives me bloody crazy when I see it. :isadizzy:

Ah... Now I remember. Thanks Andy! But Win7 is a little different. Seems that the FS9.CFG file is deeply hidden or in another folder, within another location, on another planet somewhere... I'm not a brain when it comes to Win7. I'll keep looking, maybe I'll search it out with the Windows Search for Files and Folders utility.
