Ford -Project - DH80 Package

Hi Good People,

Edward and I are still furiously working on getting the Repaints for the Milton Shupe DH80 Ford-Project completed.

Already completed around 80+ - with 70 of those now allocated for Release in the Phase One of the Project. Focusing on some Military Girls now - 10 of those to be done but many others already in the bucket for release. Couple of pictures below as a preview:

Instead of showing you one picture at a time - why not spend a few minutes and run the slideshow that I have created which contains screenshots of the 70 liveries done so far for Phase One. I will be updating this slideshow each day with the repaints done that day - until we reach 86 - 10 more military and 6 civil girls will fill the quota :icon_lol:

Addendum - Phase one will be released as a full self install package - entire aircraft plus the 86 liveries into one directory - click to install and then play process.

GARRY'S PSYCHEDELIC VISITATION TO THE 1930'S

Amazing imagination Garry. Many people in flt simming say that the key factor for them is a sense of immersion (ie reality and fiction fuse into an alternate reality). In your case you just chuck reality out of the window/cockpit and 'explode into space'. Lovely schemes that lighten up the day! Toucans, Parakeets and Birds of Paradise flashing through the bounds of reality.

Thanks for your efforts and look forward to flashing past the local Point to Point in your new colours. Met you once at a Flt Sim convention at Blackpool of all places (The Northern Queen of Tat).

Hi Mal,

Thanks for the kind words about my work mate - believe it or not there is quiet a few liveries for this girl that are "historically correct" - for the ones that we cannot find any pictures for, Edward gives me "free reign" to be creative.

That is like opening a pandora's paint box for me - I try to maintain a feel and look of the era and emulate recognised decal and registration points - but all else is open slather :wiggle:

Over 100 liveries done so far but Edward and I are focusing on putting the top 85 iin the first Package release - so some of the more mundane are being pushed over to the Bonus pack we will release later. There is still several in the Release pack that are historically correct - for the purist - but a lot for the people who enjoy some eye candy when they fly.

Added 5 more military girls to the slideshow tonight - feel free to check them out - 5 more military and then some more civil girls to fill out the 85 required for the release pack.

Sorry mate - met a zillion people at the Blackpool FS Convention - was there on the TRANSLOAD VA stand for the duration and did some tutorial sessions - had a ball and met many dedicated simmers.

 
Four More Military Liveries Added

Hi Good People,

4 more liveries completed for the military section of the Ford_Project_DH80 project. A couple more military and then a couple of civil repaints and then the creation process will be finished. Not long after that the Self Install package should be under fine tuning and construction. Only a couple of weeks before it is all done and ready for your simming pleasure.
