FR B-24 Liberator Released

Excellent, Jankees, I've been really hoping for some of the Zodiacs to be depicted! Phil Brinkman's artwork, across so many B-24's in that squadron, is legendary. I also love the large squadron codes they used, much like the fighters. Looking forward to these!

I also had some fun just the other day taking your repaint of "Suzy Q" out to its old airbase of Shipdham, using the True Earth Great Britain scenery.

when researching the history of these aircraft (remarkably, none of them ever failed to return to base), I discovered that Pisces was later transferred to the 15th AF in Italy, ending up with the 461st BG. Obviously, they kept the noseart..

Great stuff as usual Jan.
And a 'thank you' for the Pisces paint, both Sofie and myself are Pisceans.
My own personal Liberator!
:triumphant:

ok then! I've now uploaded them, as well as a series of paints for the 454th BG, that was based in Italy:
Three camouflaged ones, Bama Baby, Buttercup and Stand By, in the early paintscheme of the 454th:

and one in Bare metal, Girl Crazy, in the later paintscheme:
jk6086

and I'm working on one more for the 307th BG, Louise Mary:

Absolutely a outstanding set of skins for this aircraft. I wondered if anyone was going to do repaints for some of the 90th Bomb Group, the "Jolly Rogers" aircraft,
