I got me a Samsung 10.1" Netbook, XP Home, 2G Ram & stuck on FS9 to see what would would happen. 1280x600 screen resolution. I get 16-20 FPS in Cape Town where I normally fly (heavy scenery) & up tp 40 FPS with the unlimited frame settings with normal scenery. I also ran 3x movies in the background & frames dropped to 10-14. So FS9 can actually run on a Netbook. No problems with a joystick & I also ran it on a second monitor.

There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.
If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.
