"..don't need no M'fn snakes on no M'fn plane" - from some horrible film...

on another note - this is a damn fine FSX aircraft, if you haven't already - you should just go get it

Thanks Manfred and team for an awesome aircraft and advice!

Nine blades no mag start-up, then hit the mags! Sweet!!

So are there any interior passenger view avail?
Gotta see the no smoking sign and fasten seat belt sign light up
from the passengers perspective.
I believe there isn't one, but hey, this is just beta so Jahn and Co may add the light for you later :jump:

Knowing that a Marine(Semper Fi!) version is likely to be in your mix, I'd really like to see the '70s MCAS Beaufort bird(#064/9064/39064). I spent quite a few hours in the back of that one.
In Storage, at Davis Monthan, still carrying the Beaufort Livery: http://www.abpic.co.uk/photo/1345659/

Those are the only photos I could find depicting the Bicentennial paint job. I'd attempt it myself, but, I KNOW I couldn't do it near as well as you can John. :salute:...Don

Very nice model, and an excellent paintkit too! Thank you, Manfred!

still need to find those door hinges though...

Hi Don , I certainly would enjoy a "70s MCAS Beaufort bird" . I spent my last two years(68-69) in the Marine Corps at MCAS Beaufort as a 6511-Aviation Ordinance although they sent me to school in Norfolk to work on SATS loaders(forklift looking piece of equipment with a long boom on it and low to the ground to get under the wings of the AC). I was in HMS-32 .

Sorry for the rambling , didn't mean to hijack your thread .

Semper Fi ,:salute:

Thank you Manfred and team for this beauty. I'll simply reiterate all of the above sentiments. Bravo. :salute:

I've been on another track for a few months and haven't painted any aircraft, but this one is just too good to overlook. Jankees, is there an actual paint kit or are we using the existing textures as a start?
