The team is working on finishing touches for version 2.

Adding model twists with a changeout of spinners and dropping the turrets for a post-WWII Korean war era version.

Also adding gauge backlighting and daytime shadow lighting.

Damian has added three beautifully crafted textures for the new models and enhanced the release 1 textures.

This version also corrects some minor issues of the first release. Should be out this week.

Exactly the beauty of this. :)

I should also mention that a CFS2 version will be released very soon by Bearcat241 (see the CFS2 forums), a CFS3 version is being worked on by hairyspin, and a native FSX version is being worked on by RAZBAM. The FS2002 and FS2004 version 1 releases are available now only at SOH. The FS2004 Version 2 should be up by Wednesday.

WOW!!! Thanks Milton, for the preview. New tricks for an old "Grizzly Bear". I am throughally enjoying the current release... I love throwing nasty weather and high winds into my Grizzly flights, and then plowing through it all with her. Makes the landings a bit tricky though.

Yeah Mud, but you notice it was an 'afterthought'.. :173go1:

Nothing new there. The Corps usually is treated as an afterthought! Funny though, the enemies of freedom don't see us as an afterthought....only as the last though they have before they depart the earth bound for hell! hehe:monkies:

Thanks for the bright, shiny, political attitude on Mother's day in my thread Mud. Have another drink. :ernae:

Political attitude?:icon_lol: Guess that's the reason I've pretty much given up posting here; I thought it was humor.......I should have know better than try to be funny.:wavey:

Mudmarine, I guess when you are a career Marine, that is what you talk about. No problem here. We have been at this project for long hours since early December so that's what I talk about. It's done, it's freeware, and whether the scheme is an after thought doesn't much matter. It took lots of hours to develop, and its free. I hope you and srgalahad can enjoy it. I am just happy its done. :isadizzy:
