Im really tempted to get this aircraft as I want to start getting ww2 era aircarft for my FS9 hangar. Would anyone recommend it and what is it like to fly.
 
Well, since it's free, you can't really go wrong, assuming you're referring to the Milton Shupe (SOH) F7F. Beyond that, if you're familiar with the work of Milton's team, you can't go wrong there either, including the fine air file work from fliger747, who has been doing this sort of work for a while now... Recommend it? Yep. What is it like to fly? Well, best I can tell, like an F7F!
 
There's a standard F7F-3 and F7F-3N night fighter with the radar nose. Both are very nice aircraft and work great right out of the box. 2D panel, also VC, and an excellent R2800 sound set.Go get 'em. :salute:
 
You'll have a ball with either of them; that's why she's one of the 'go to' airplanes for the Round The World Race!
