• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

A new entry has been added to Add-Ons Library, category FS 2004 Military - Props

Description: NOTE: This is a quick, one model, one texture first beta prior to a full beta release. This will hopefully flesh out the punch list so the full beta can be readied quickly.

FS2004 Lockheed PV-2 Harpoon - Beta Release v1.0

by Milton Shupe, Tom Falley, Scott Thomas, and Sounds by Nigel Richards. Pilot figures by Jan Visser. Special thanks to Rachael "Firekitten" Whiteford for helping us get to the finish line with textures for the panels, ECU housing, the Nav, Radio, and Radar area radios, and gauge/panel night lighting.

Pkg incl 1 model, a custom panel and gauges, custom sounds, custom Flight Model, and 1 livery. DO NOT DISTRIBUTE.

A larger, full Beta Release package will be out when we get through this first cut.

Thanks for your help in shaking this out.

Took a test spin in your Harpoon today, all I can say is EXCELLENT!!! Love the sound pack, and it handles like a dream. The interior is amazing!!!.........posting some screenies on my FB page for all my FSX buddies to see. Told them the only place they can get it is SOH. So maybe that'll bring a little attention to the SOH (not that it needs any....LOL!!)......Thanks so much, to YOU and TEAM, for taking the time to develop such amazing freeware aircraft for FSX. It is greatly appreciated!!! :applause:
