That's exactly the sort of thing I'm looking for in WWII aircraft models. On the whole most combat aircraft have quite perculiar traits, that made them a handful to master. Very few were 'sweet', such as the SBD or the Spitfire.

If you can reproduce the tough side of flying the SB2C then I'll be buying it for sure! :salute:

We did that with the 1st A-7 volume, we are doing it with the coming ones, and we´ll keep doing it in the future.Sure, not everyone´s cup of tea, but that´s our current heading.

I know it's early, and a bit soon to be nitpicking, so I'll apologize in advance, but I feel it's important enough for me that I need to point it out. The forward canopy on the -4 and some-5 models has frame work different from that shown. I would feel better about the progress of one of my favorite aircraft if I know that you will be modeling the aircraft as shown below. This is a make or break for me as it affects the entire look of the plane.

There is a series of reasons for the -5 series being the one chosen, the most important is the lack of reliable info on early versions, and we are aiming at accuracy.All you can get for -4 series and before are pictures, external pics, but nothing as detailed as you get for a -5 series, and even then, you cant get things straight from the diverse (yet scarce) publications on the type.Plastic models are out of the question, so we stick with what we think can be a good representation of this aircraft.
