Helldiver..

He's not the only fellow who'll be a happy chappy! Bring on the dive bombers. :)

Now all we need is the Skua, D3A, Ju87, Vultee Vengeance ........ sorry, I'm getting carried away.

Hey! Nice to see you coming to pay a visit to us WW2 types!

Looking good Ron!:wiggle:

Hi Prowler,

I know this is very early stages - But are you planning on using 3d gauges?

That's good news!
A great addition to the SBD Dauntless, the F6F hellcat and the recently released F4F Wilcat. (as well as the F4U Corsair released a while ago)
The only missing thing is the other team players..i.e Japanese aircrafts.

Guys, i´m not the 3d developer, but a young fellow who is extremely talented, this will be his FSX debut. He is in charge of creating the 3d model (exterior and interior) on the late version of the Helldiver. The gauges will be 3d and coded based on our "busy cockpit" concept which you will experience in the coming A-7 packages.Once again, this is very early and no "are we there yet" comments are allowed!:d:d:d

Best regards

Prowler

I hate to play devil's advocate because I will enjoy this model as much as Helldiver. However, I am compelled to ask why does the 3ds design program say "unregistered copy"? I can't afford this program; certainly no one is going to create a payware model with an illegal copy are they? Just curious.

Not putting words in his mouth, but perhaps he's running a free 30 day trial version as is available from http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/pc/index?id=13571450&siteID=123112 ? :)

Unregistered copy means that either he is running in trial mode, or has simply not yet entered his key (and is still essentially in "trial") mode.

I have myself, licenses for multiple versions of 3DS Max, and yet have been running unregistered a couple of times.

Nothin' to worry about folks..

May I ask what filled the upper section between the cockpits? Surely the bomb bay was not that tall?

I hope you realize the can of worms you've opened by making this plane.

If you thought rivet-counters were bad... Lol

Looks good though! Anxious to see more. :D
