I too feel your pain jmig....I can actually remember the NCO clubs alive & kicking when I joined....However, as the military began its effort to de-glamourize alcohol, an unfortunate side effect of this was the demise of on base O'Clubs & NCO Clubs....No one wants to have a drink at the club anymore when security forces are just across the street....
Many bases have all-ranks clubs in an effort to stay afloat.....
