Image viewer that uses mouse wheel?

A few months ago, I had my own hard drive trouble (for which I don't blame the manufacturer, by the way). I've reconstructed most of my old system, but I used to have an image viewer for FS files that could move through all of the image files in a given folder by moving the mouse wheel. It's not DXTBmp (I don't think -- at least, I can't get the mouse wheel part to work). Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

I prefer XnView, it's free for non-commercial use, ant it's the best image viewer available. It supports compressed bmp, and dds formats.
