A few months ago, I had my own hard drive trouble (for which I don't blame the manufacturer, by the way). I've reconstructed most of my old system, but I used to have an image viewer for FS files that could move through all of the image files in a given folder by moving the mouse wheel. It's not DXTBmp (I don't think -- at least, I can't get the mouse wheel part to work). Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

FSViewer ? it uses a mouse to scroll and has a number of image treatment
abilities i am fond of and can be assigned as the default viewer allowing most formats to open with a click .
My personal fave , though its not for .DDS or .DXT formats.
