Awesome News, will pick this up tonight, can wait to try it, and I have no doubt the flight model will be accurate from the video's I've seen of the development. :salute:

Barnes, heres a trick of mine for alignment, on join areas alternate 1pixel in size squares e.g. black>white>Black etc... allows you to see and count from current where you need to be.....

i'm working on a few paints G-TWST was one of them, but i'll gladly let you take that one :salute: (Anything to cut my workload :icon_lol: J/K)

enjoy her all..... :jump:

EDIT: forgot to add guys, i'm planning to do a load of paints so if you have an idea let me know! :salute:

Hi Matt

Great tip re the lines. I will carry on with the TWST

Cheers

Hi Anneke,
it was the Bird. It was college project for one of the lecturers, his retirement was coming up and it was going to be a leaving present. Unfortunatly he died shortly before he was due to leave and before we finnished. The airframe as far as I know is still sitting in the hangar more or less complete waiting on an engine, plan was to put a 32hp 1/2 VW in her, whether it was ever procured I'm not sure. Asuming its in the same condition as I last saw it it shouldn't take too much to get her airworthy.

As for difficulty, the drawings leave a bit to be desired but its certainly doable if you know your way around a workshop. Ailerons were a bit of a laugh to do accurately, 6' long and a 4' bending press :mixedsmi:

Because of high gloss on the fuselage, I'd suggest darken all colours: gold, stripes and lettering. Looks amazing already.

Jose Valdez.
