north of the border :canada: on cable it's all fine, fast and smooth.
FF8, Vista, Q9300 and 8 browser windows open...

what can I say
 
I switched back to the blue and white graphics, still averaging 40 seconds to load a page. Since others are not having issues, but Comcast subscribers are... well, like I said, Comcast never owns up to having any problems.
 
I went to SpeakEasy and ran the speed test. This is my history, it's obvious I don't run this test often.

The results from today and back in January are nearly the same.
 
I cannot fix what ain't broke, I am not repling to this anymore. if you are on comcast waste their time!
 
This is looking like an ISP issue. Comcast, Verizon, and AT&T do throttle bandwidth to sites where copyrighted materials can be downloaded illegally. I've noticed my access times have grown longer when I visit YouTube and there is tons of copyrighted stuff hosted there. It may be that Comcast sees SOH as a pirate site. I know SOH has been accused (wrongfully) of piracy in the past.
 
I changed back to the blue and white theme and things did improve. But, I first noticed the problem when the upper left picture appeared and that dose not go away when I change the color theme.

Yes I am on Comcast so it is just my 2 cents.
 
This may be some proof that it is Comcast restricting access to SOH. I just tried accessing SOH via VTunnel. Worked like a charm! Everything loaded just as fast as it did a week ago. Immediately came back in directly via Comcast and it was sloooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooow. I really don't have a choice of ISP's. For at least 7 years Verizon has been promising to bring high speed internet to my area. As of this afternoon, Comcast was still the only high speed internet provider in my area.

What is VTunnel you ask? It's some sort of redirecty thingie. Basically, Comcast sees me accessing VTunnel, but cannot see where VTunnel is redirecting me, so Comcast can't see I'm going to SOH.
