Mr. Ito sent me these today, if anyone wants to finish them, PM me, include your email addy...

The fighter-bomber is the Vickers-Armstrong type 423, the turboprop pusher is the Avtek 400...I'm not familiar with either airplane...:isadizzy:

Pointy, I got your email.

Any of us would have to find 3-view drawing to do any justice to the markings. It is a bit beyond my league, but indeed a challenge I would except could I find some drawings, especially the type 423.

Cazzie,

Its a Vickers Type 432. I've got some drawings and an article somewhere, I'll dig them out. It will probably take a few days to find them.

Best wishes

Wow! A Avtek! I use to live in Camarillo where the plane was based and saw it all the time. The last time I saw the 400(about ten years ago or so)it was sitting on the ramp, tires flat in oil stains and weeds.A sad site for the "X-400"(Airwolf reference).
I would love to see this finished for FS.

sorry to hear that, hope it's not the case, for his sake, not ours.

thank you Sir,
Jamie

PS. He works in GMax if I remember, so can't help, sorry.

I read quite awhile ago that Ito's Eyes were Failing due to macular Degeneration. There are some
Promising therapies these days that stop or slow the progression, and in some cases reverse the effects of it. I wish Mr. Ito Good Health & Happiness and Many Thanks for his wonderful Airplanes he has provided us over the years. :ernae:

Please let him know we wish him good health and that we as a community think about him. Many thanks to him for all his creations over the years.
