Updates are as follows: (from the readme)

1st update​
This is the official update of MiG-21MF for FSX (SP2/ ACC) by Ivan Jurčaga. I've updated these parts of original archive:​
flight dynamics​

exterior model​
​
engine smoke effect​

GPS with basic AI radar​

1) Flight dynamics​
Now you can fly higher and faster than before. Moreover speed of extending flaps isdecelerated and brakes are more effective now.​

2) Exterior model​
If you are faster than one knot of ground speed, it makes invisible the external power unit,the ladder and chocks. I've added the helmet texture, please copy it into all of the texturefiles. Moreover I've added the beacon light for MFN version and some cooling holes on tail(using original textures)​

3) Smoke effect​
Now the effect is more transparent.​

4) GPS, AI radar​
I've added the AI radar placed in interior model or by switching Shift+5, Shift+6. It is basedon default FS radar, which you can see if you are the air traffic controller in multiplayer​
mode.
 
With the update i get one entry in the aircraft.cfg as follows:

I don´t have this PFM model even with the update. Am i missing something?
 
Just installed the update and found and issue an with aircraft weight being overloaded with any amount of fuel and after take off, in a shallow climb, the aircraft shot right into overspeed even though I retarded the fuel levers. One thing I want to be clear on is that I think this a terrific package and am extremely pleased to have the opportunity to enjoy it. I only post this in the event I am not handling the systems correctly.

You're correct, there are a few odd things about the aircraft config file part of the update. When I tried to use the RATO takeoff, he rocket thrust was way overpowered. The regular thrust numbers in the config file seemed overblown. I reverted back to the original Cfg file and adjusted only the brake settings and roll rate slightly. She flies normally now.
 
I just re read the entire ( english ) flight manual to try unsucessfully to find
instructions about how to add :

a single underfuselage fuel tank
and / or
underwings fuel tanks on the center or outside pylons

The version of this FSX Mig-21 I have is clean but with the two pylons "on"
each wing

Can you help me ?

I asked the same question a while ago. See post #244

When the small boxes on the glareshield appear you can click on them to set your stores/pylon loads. You can only do this on the ground, not in the air.

The switch to make those stores 'boxes' appear in on the R/H sidewall, just aft of the instrument panel.

Thank for the info but sorry .......
I have tried a dozen different switches on the R/H sidewall, just aft of the instrument panel and nothing happen !
Can you illustrate "the" mysterious switch to activate the boxes with a red arrow ?

It's on the right hand side of the cockpit. I marked it as "ADF + Munitions Settings (Only Access on Ground)". You click the knob when parked at a standstill on the ground, and then the ADF tuner as well as the munitions settings boxes will appear in 3D on the forward center and forward right part of the panel. Don't know how to illustrate this concept any clearer....
