Here's something I've been working on for a few months it seems when I have had time (which has been few and far between)! It's KNJW (Joe Williams NOLF) just outside of NAS Meridian, MS. I have been flying Dino's great T-45C Goshawk lately out of NAS Meridian and have been wanting a good place to practice my FCLP work before going out to the boat. Students at Meridian use KNJW frequently for landing practice and FCLP so I decided to spruce it up a bit. The scenery is designed for FSX Acceleration and uses some object libraries that will have to be downloaded. Some screen shots are below. Maybe some will be interested in this and others maybe not. This is my second scenery project...I did Choctaw NOLF KNFJ last year for T-34 and T-6 ops down in Florida near Pensacola/NAS Whiting. This scenery also features a few custom buildings including the LSO shack. This is my first time doing custom building design so they're not the greatest. I didn't have any photos to work from of the building so I did the best I could. I'm currently trying to see if it is feasible to do carrier deck lighting on the runway at night and then I will probably release this for testing depending on if I do that or not...it all depends on how much time I have. Hope you like the shots!
