Just to ask - gently - whether there are any plans for a prop-jet version of the truly excellent radial native FSX Mallard by the good people at LDR?

Hey, no worries. A bit confusing with both FSX native and very nice FSX portover models to choose from (thanks Milton). We are a bit spoiled for choice!

. . . . . He is talking about the LDR Development FSX Native one. Of which I am also looking forward to getting
As far as I know, the FSX Native version isn't being worked on at the moment. Although this is only a guess, I don't believe it's very far along either. Real World needs, other interests and a desire for a much needed break have put things on hold.

LDR had originally expressed interest in doing the turboprop version before they did the radial version.

Their excellent native radial stretched out longer than anticipated, and the turboprop was not ready for conversion before they started the C-119.

If they are interested in converting the TP, the gmax source and other parts of the project will be available to them.

I suspect when they get back into these things, they will continue the C-119. JMO
