Legacy 2020 pilots

With the good things people have been saying about SU4, I finally installed FS2024, and have gorged myself on it for five days like a hungry wolf who's gone without food for a month.

Very satisfying experience, but some questions, including this.

I can use FS2020 aircraft in FS2024, but if those aircraft allow avatar selection in FS2020, they all show up with either the first male, and/or first female FS2020 choices. While I am sure they are not designed for FS2024 avatars, is there any way to have them show up with other avatars which were available for FS2020? For example, placing the RAF pilot in the FS2020 Chipmunk, or the GotFriends Jack Russell terrier in the co-pilot seat of a Cessna...
 
What is even more annoying with this SU4 is that my co-pilots (F20 avatars) that I used to place in my planes no longer appear under FS2024.
By the way, I believe that this problem affects all FS20 aircrafts :devilish:
 
I am not getting rid of FS2020 yet methinks.... After five days of flying FS2024, I put FS2020 on very late last night and was actually still impressed with it too. If anything it is smoother in VR still for me, and the mouse works in VR! Will clearly flit back and forth between the two.
