List of aircraft models by Edward (Ted) Cook

As a result of another discussion in this forum I've collated a list of all aircraft I could find that were made by Edward (Ted) Cook for FS2004. The total at present is 94. Some of his later ones were never uploaded to sim sites, so they are now "lost" as his web site http://www.tedcook.me.uk is no more.... Perhaps you have some of these from previous downloads from his site.

In the list I've included all last known versions, though I'm sure the information is not complete. Some of the models available on various sites are earlier versions, as Ted was continuously updating and improving them. I would appreciate if you could check the list with your own library of Ted's files, and if you find anything different, please discuss this here - thus we could make a definitive list with links to all his files. The list only includes his models - it does not include CFS2 derivatives, repaints, or upgrades by others.

The list also includes download links to the files that are still available on various sim sites.

Please see the attached PDF file and provide comments below. :encouragement:

I've found them all in my library.. I have maybe 1-2 of older versions, So, if there is a call for these...

I'm also thinking of adding Shessi's updates of the Whitley & Wellington to a separate list?

Away for work at the moment but I think there was also a Percival Prentice (v6? my scribble in a notebook is illegible even to me) #

Also there are a few updated versions that I think have beyond this excellent list. I'll pull together a list from my scribbles on Wed/Thu if no-one else beats me to it.

Hi Paul,
I'm not sure if you have received my last PM to you, with my list & contact details for flightsim.
Maybe email me? I'm not sure if PMíng you is going through..

Keith Paine did quite a few Procters & Prentices, Edward Cook did one for FS2002.

I have the Argentinian Prentice for FS9 by AirKb_Za, just checked it out on FS9 & Its good for a 2011 model. I never did the Prentice because of this one. Cannot remember from where I downloaded her....

Jeff "AKA Jed" Marsh did a Percival Prentice. Although it wasn't really finished the beta was pretty nice. I'm quite sure it was uploaded somewhere, but I haven't been able to find it (yet). The one avaialable on the Argentinian site is most probably an earlier version of Jeff's Prentice.

The "Argentinian version can be found here: http://www.flightsimulatorarg.com.ar/aviones9_2004.htm

I do have Jeff's Prentice, but as I'm not at home I can't currently make it avaialble.

Cheers,
Huub

Hi Keith, & thanks for supporting FS2004. I really enjoy the Compers, Percivals, Miles, & the Planet Satellite. Great stuff.

Thank you Robin for your kind words, but maybe my supporting FS9 could be due to trying to teach an old dog......? I might be able to learn to make FSX native, but I think 2020 is a step too far from what I can see.
Actually I still have one more Miles (M2 Hawk Major) undergoing development, but much delayed due to moving house twice in the last 15 months!!!!
The Prentice I have is by Jeff Marsh (well the air file certainly is) created in Dec 2009.
