Local Legend 22: NAMC YS-11

Got it downloaded and installed. And a little off topic but did we see a few seconds of the X1-B Supersonic Boom aircraft on another video?

Ah, I used to fly a DHC7 out to the Alaska Peninsula and Aleutian Islands. Our competitor Reeve Aleutian Airways, flying the YS11 sometimes would bolter at Sand Point due to lack of reverse thrust. The Rolls Royce Darts only had a ground fine and not reverse.

Alaska needs to be like some of the Canadian Arctic, put down a catch wire lol. Dont take much to attach a tail hook. This legend caught my attention. Who made the YS11 FSX? I know I enjoyed one in FSX days. As for Ini building, I hope its better then the MU2 and on par to the F406.

Couple of interesting things to note on the YS-11:
* The discount for owning the Premium Deluxe version carries over to FS2024. Price was 33% off for me.
* There's a one-day free trial available.

Manual can be found here.

You probably did, since the X1-B is being released along with the PS5 version of FS2024 in December, as is a T-38A, although I don't know if Asobo has said if the T-38 is somehow going to be platform specific to PlayStation, or if it'll be available on other platforms too.
