If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

Lost some cities

SOH-CM-2014
I posted this before but seem to have lost it:icon_lol:

When creating a flight, and choosing United States, several states when selected fail to generate a list of airports for that state. If I back up to United States in general, they are all there in the list but if I choose a certain state the list does not change to just those in that state. Is this maybe a SCENERY/NAME folder thing? Where are these lists viewable? I've always wanted to know because someone's scenery spelled Arizona as Airzona and I want to fix that too.

I think you can change it with the afcad. open up whichever airport is giving you problems bring up airport properties and change the city and state fields and see if that works. make back-ups first just in case.

Don't be fooled by the folder called "NAME" - it's short for North AMerica East. There's also one for Central and one for West. If you need to reinstall the global scenery and have something like WinRar that will open cab files in a folder view, MSGAME7 contains New York and Seattle. #9 contains Dalls, Denver, Oshkosh and St. Maartin. And #8 contains all the rest.
