Has anybody out there got the 'special extra files' that goes with Luis Kmentts' 747 panel 'kment747.zip'
I am in the process of scouring the web but so far diddly squat.
I would appreciate it if you could send me a copy if you have it.
Thanks all.

Aitken, I only have two discrete 747 panels -- one by Horst P and this other FS9 boeing_747-400_panel.zip whose readme is unsigned.

Is the panel you reference a discrete file, or is it part of some package such as Opensky?

hawkeye52;

The panel I'm referring to is called 'kment747.zip' and exists on flightsim and most of the other sites. Although it's quite old it has got lots of features, most notably the 'virtual tour'. When you download the panel, one of the readme files has a script by the author, Luis Kmentt, to the effect that "if you write to me (Luis), I will send you 'additional files' to go with the panel". Well Luis no longer supports this panel and doesn't answer emails, so my only hope is the the forums and the great simming community. The plane still flies without it but it's a bit of extra fun. Search for 'Luis Kmentt', he made some lovely panels in case you're not familiar with his work.

I had not seen any of LK's panels.

If you haven't done so already, post your request on the FS X forum here at SOH, and go to as many FS forums as you think appropriate. Someone out there must have those files. Good luck!

Just to clarify the cause. If you unzip 'kment747.zip' then open 'Manuals.zip' and see Page 8 of 'Supreme747Cabin2.doc' you will find the reference to the 'extra files'
These files contain extra 'switches' that allowed the screens to be flipped on/off. I want to use the switches to add additional internal views and hopefully use it in FSX.

Maybe somebody can just tell me how to add extra switches? I can have all the internal views I want then.
