CTRL -L for me or if its the 3 lights on the underdariage u cannit turn em off there thier to confim gear extension / retraction, who for is anyones guess lol, coz we as pilots cannit see em may need to change ya light halo to get em to look right!

Ohh no America metioning the ...EU Nooooooo don't lol your the only reason were winning at the min..My mates serving in Afghan can't even bomb the talaban without the EU having there say, please don't join em America as an Englishman I beg you our cousins to stay clear of the EU, you won't be able to smoke in your pubs over there next, just like here !!! Its bad I love europe but I hate the EU and its stupid policies!!

A couple of pics can anyone tell me did any airforce paint the 21F in 'splinter type' camo I would love to see her in sweedish 'splinter' camo.. I know, I know, never ever done, but I just loved that viggen type scheme!!

Zoom climb to 58.000 then stalled but not bad for early Russian 60's technology held together with gaffer tape and putty and damn I forgot to set my clouds to full for the cirrus lol thus the hard line not realistic at all lol!!!

For what it's worth, I can honestly say that being able to go to a pub and come home without smelling like an ashtray or coughing your lungs up the following morning due to secondhand smoke, is a definite bonus in my book.

Maybe if you picked a non-smoking bar in the first place ,instead of whining and forcing the BAR OWNERS and the smokers to accomodate your selfish butts. If you know the place is smoker friendly (and you have a problem with smoke ) , don,t look for a job there and don,t go in forcing everyone else out.I don,t smoke but I cant stand people picking and forcing rules & taxes on smokers ,period.What a major violation on their personal freedoms ,unbelivable.And that is happening all over so called " freeworld "..to keep it on topic:I wonder if you are allowed to smoke in a Mig21F-13 ,or you set an alarm like in a jetliner..maybe the ejection seat ..(removing mask and switching off oxigen would help I think :icon_lol:.)

Even I, as a smoker prefer having my cigarette outside rather than in a "smoky" pub.

How about they're landing lights (or at least "gear extension confirmation lights" for the ground controller) and retract with the gear unless damaged by going too fast while retracting the undercarriage?

If this was the case NASA must have lost half their space faring staff, since the soviets suffered just a tad less than a quarter of that and not anyone since 1971.

Nice lookin 21. Inside looks familiar too.... especially from the rear seat of the Mongol. I can still feel that burner run last winter in the one that's here.
 
A couple repaints completed and just doing the paperwork (readme file) before uploading.

A Cuban Revolutionary Air Force MiG-21F-13 based at Santa Clara AB in late 1962. Interesting history on this one.

And a Yugoslav Air Force MiG-21F-13 also from the early 1960's. I've always liked their base insignias with the stripes on the tail.
 
Great news those paints look great! and yeah I agree takes me like 30secs or watever to get her started, thats the fun of this, Ive learned more Russian from this jet than from any book too lol!
 
One dumb question.... it the afterburner flame effect correct? From the Mig-21 we have here at KILG, there is no afterburner flame when she takes off or when he does a slow pass then climbs out with the burner on. You can see it light up inside the tailcone but no flame behind her. This is the original engine still in her too. I know that to be true as I've woked on it with the tail off. It's the real deal. ;)
