Thanks Ed, Tim's paintkit makes it a joy to paint (with a couple of exceptions but I know how to work around those areas now).

You have again just done some great work on these paints LarryOH OH!Tako, with my current project, you may be booked for life! One of the reasons I picked this current project is the near endless repaint choices.
Details in due time....

I really hope not!
I HATE tubes! :angryfir: :tgun2:
But then again we are talking about Piglet's Peculiar Planes and as all tubes look alike (AFAIAC) I think it is a safe bet it is not tube related.

I managed to get a clean line in that area but it took me a long time and much hair pulling before I figured out what was going on.
Another annoying point in the MDL file is the way the wing tip tanks are modelled, which prevents from accurately painting a separate colour on the outer faces of those tip tanks. Since the majority of the aircraft (nearly all French Air Force machines, the half-dozen used by the French Civil Aviation Authority, the ten used by the Centre d’Essais en Vol, many ones in the Argentine Air Force too, etc…) had the outer faces of the tanks painted dayglo at one time or another in their service life, this is kind of a pity. But might be someone has found a solution to paint them correctly? I made many trials, albeit without success.<o></o
